Orange Cranberry Marmalade. I'm in a rut it seems.
No, sorry I don't. My aunt used to make it every fall. She's no longer with us. I was a kid then, and had no interest in recipes.Do you have a recipe for this?

For the marmalade?Frozen cranberries, whole orange mandarin or whatever, one cup sugar. Food process, done
I use less sugar, by a lot. But let sit a day. If needed same day, use full cup. But will be too sweet the next day.
For cranberry slaw:For the marmalade?
I ended up making some last month, just didn't post about it yet. I'll post pictures another time.
I think I would have liked your recipe better. The one I followed, used a navel orange, and asked for 4 cups of sugar. I used 2 instead, and still came out too sweet.
So for your recipe, one clementine is enough?
For cranberry slaw:
One clemmie can be enough. But better a whole orange or two clemmies. No seeds of course.
Used to be cranberries were sold in one or even two pound bags. Now 12 ounces. No worries though, they charge you the same price...
Iirc one cup sugar is more than enough. I use 3/4 or less. If making for same day, use a full cup sugar. It will be too sweet the next day though.
Wow, very interesting. Thanks. I want to try them all at the same time, lol.Hi Arun, no it doesn't.
