Actually, Tonya wanted her babybacks. She had been after me to cook some up low and slow on the WSM using her favorite rub (Magic Dust). Who was I to argue

I managed to get a few pics....
After 4 hours at 225-250 on the WSM these little morsels are ready for some sauce.
Sauced with Sweet Baby Rays cut with pineapple juice
Removed the cooking section and took advantage of the hot coals that were left
Plated with fingerling potatoes w/onions cooked in the CI skillet
The ribs were perfect. Very tender yet not over-cooked. I'm already looking forward to leftovers tommorrow....
