Moved the turkey to my Egg but none have turned out as perfect as this one.

The turkey looks delicious Dan. When I was at the store on Sunday, I saw that they were selling those pop up things in a package when the poultry does not come with one. Sure way to overcook the bird. Commented to my wife what a waste those things are.
