I smell some BS!

Just a quick post tonight. I thought I may get your attention with the Title Well not a lot of time with work last couple days and had a craving for some cheeseburgers. We decided to up our game for a side dish and put some BS - brussels sprouts - on the CI. When I was growing up, my mom would never cook brussels sprouts -- she hated the smell and the taste. I don't think she ever knew how to cook them. Boy they were delicious and next time I want to add some bacon first in the CI. Sorry no plated pics. Anyone have a favorite way of doing brussels sprouts?

Nice cook, I like to put brussel sprouts in foil with butter and garlic pepper or bacon salt.
