I made Gratin Potatoes with Gruyere and Dijon Mustard, Creamed Spinach, and Blue Cheese Cole Slaw, and
I found all of these in the recipes section here at TVWBB.
I had a couple of American Kurobuta Frenched Pork Chops from Snake River Farms; also a few chops I bought locally.
All were seasoned with SPG and grilled on the Genesis II.
The SRF chops were very good. I didn’t think they were “that much” better than the local pork, but I would probably splurge
on them again for a special occasion.
The sides were all great – I will definitely be making them again.
