I concur with your comment, if I were to guess, I would say that came off of an offset smoker, as opposed to a WSM.

Nevertheless it look's outstanding, I usually disclose the offset if I use mine, just as a courtesy to others since this is a Weber forum & I don't want members to think you can achieve those kind of results with just charcoal.
