And build a 30 gallon Drum Smoker!

Cut the lip off the bowl, tack welded it on the barrel, bolts for two grate levels 5 3/4" apart.

As soon as the paint dries I'm firing this badboy up!

I now have a 15, 30, two 55 and 85 gallon Drum Smokers.

All Weber's!
 
That's really nice Brian! I have been looking for a smaller one to make one of these.

That setup rocks! I'm going to start scanning Craigslist for a dump of a kettle to begin a similar project! Thanks for the idea and inspiration!
