On my to do list Tony. Morgan's always posting up a TT and always looks d lish us. Nice pics and a great looking plate if food. Are you trying to keep up with Mr. JL? good luck :)
 
Looks good Tony! I went to a BBQ class where the teacher did tri-tip in 3 mins (we even timed him) What he did was slice the tri-tip very thin, bring the grill up to a high heat and then added the rub/seasoning while cooking. Talk about melt in your mouth meat and it was perfect for sandwiches.
