Hello from Detroit. I’ve been reading the forums for a few weeks to gain some knowledge on the kettles.

Today I picked up a gen 2 Performer from Craigslist for $80. I will spend some time experimenting with it to see if it will be a permanent resident on my back porch along with the Genesis S-330.

I beleive you will see that this cooker complements your S330 very well, it can add that flavor only charcoal can bring , also do some mighty fine slow cooking.
