Huge Weekend Cook Planned!

We're gonna be invaded for late Father's Day Saturday. Son in law will be taking me and daughter's partner out to the range for Father's Day in Marengo. (I definitely need the time and practice since I am going for my recurrent training and requalification later this month. So, late tomorrow night I have a bone in pork butt and brisket point to go into Big Z. Early in AM a rack of plate short ribs will be going in as well. I'll try and get photos

Can be a little of a mixed bag When you're invaded with 2 little girls at a moment's notice. My little granddaughters are same age apart as my own 2 daughters are. I keep asking my wife............"Was it this hard with our 2?" She laughs and says I just don't remember
