Howdy All! I'm Dustin. I've had my WSM 22.5 for about 5 months. Just joined the forum. I've cooked maybe 3 briskets, 2 pork butts, and 4 racks of ribs on it and I'm absolutely in love with this smoker. I also have enjoyed my weber kettle quite a bit. I also have a offset that I enjoy cooking on if I feel particularly masochistic. I like water in the pan, have mixed feelings about wrapping with foil, and I generally cook about 225 to 250. I also recently made the pilgrammage to Franklin's! I look forward to hearing from everyone.
