I posted this in the Poll section by mistake.
I have always served my ribs wet. I would like to try Dry Ribs. I normally dust my ribs with rub and spray them several times during the cooking proecess with Apple Juice. I sauce them the last 30 minutes or so. Instead of saucing them when they are done do you just sprinkle a little more dry rub on them and then serve them.
