How to post photo's?

I see where some people post directly to the site and others use photo sharing sites to post their delicious creations. I tried using the tools box to find out, but it didn't really say how I can get permission? I guess I can go the route of photo sharing but I currently don't use any of those sites. Thanks

To make it more clear go to http://imageshack.us/

1#click on browse select the photos u wanna upload.

2#click on Upload Options / Resizing >>
and go with a proper resolution 640x480/800x600/1024x768 max i think or it will take forever to load ur images.

Then click on the "uppload now"

3#There is ur upploaded pics,get the forum url,copy that ctrl+c and paste it were u want it in the message window(ctrl+v)

640 x 480



there you have it.
