How to go from Pretty to Ugly to Absolutely Delicious in One Cook


 
I should do a search and find another steak cook you did to compare. But I am too lazy and the steaks look all good to me.

I didn't have my camera when the real ugly happened and that is when all the fat rolled up
and the meat in the center puffed up. To me that was ugly. But it sure tasted good, so no
more ugly or beautiful..I will just take them as they are, especially if they come out that way.
Jim L: the crockpot green beans were fresh green beans seasoned with leftover ham, with onion and
I believe my wife added some additional ham bouillon to the mix. Put it on low in the morning and they
were ready to eat when we both got home from work.
