I'm having a space issue on my WSK. I bought a weber rib rack to smoke 5 racks of st louis ribs, however, is there a way to smoke more than that? Or does it max out at 5?
i like to do rib singles now as they cook much faster and deliver more bark/flavor. i don't know how many singles from slabs you can get on but by adding the upper deck rack expander, i'd guess at least 5-6 cut up slabs on the lower rack and 2 cut up slabs on the expander rack.
