How Long SHOULD Scheduled Maintenance Take?

Browsing the Weber site this morning and I noticed a banner mentioning shipping delays. Two weeks for scheduled maintenance!!?? I really worry about what the future holds for this once great company.

Rumour on another site they were implementing SAP maybe the ordering system was the last to be upgraded.

Yeah, looks like a full backend deployment including testing. I’d bet the job will be done before the timeframe. They’re trying to manage expectations up front. And this is the right season to deploy these upgrades, the early part of the cold season.
