I'm looking for some suggestions on how others use Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce. One great way is to mix with PP burnt ends then place over seasoned steak fries and smother everything with shredded cheese.
On one hand, I'm not sure what Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce is. On the other hand, the combo with steak fries and PP burnt ends sounds awesome, whatever the sauce is.
I have often used it with great success to marinate chicken parts for grilling. The sugar content gives nice crispy browning and the flavor is nicely balanced.
I use it as an ingredient for several things. Asian marinade with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and scallions. I have used it in cocktail sauce, and as a stir fry ingredient. I wonder if adding it to a fruit glaze would "Kick it up a Notch".
