How do you all wrap a butt with a temp probe

Need a suggestion on wrapping a butt with the temp probe. Do most just wrap around the probe or remove and then wrap and replace the probe?

Wrap it then put you're probe in.

I di wrap first then temp probe goes through foil.

I wrap by putting the butt in a disposable aluminum pan and cover with foil. I leave the probe in and just wrap around it. Makes it easy when it's time to take it off the smoker and rest then pull.
