how stiff is the “Fee?”
Those look really delightful! Not much I enjoy as much as a good smokes sausage with a cocktail (of pretty much any design, beer counts) ! If they are perfectly smoked and chilled I’d just gnaw on them with some chunks of cheese and a little stone ground mustard. A toothpick dinner if ever there was one!

Had one for lunch. Am very happy with the results. The recipe calls them Creole sausage. Had on hogie roll with grilled onions.
