Yes hot dogs!

Well tired as always after work so to keep it simple was the idea.

And what is faster then a hot dog.

My take on a hot dog:

Meat : 70%beef 30% pork minced.
Spices : garlic,woshy,chili,kumin and ofc salt and pepper.
Topings : Cheese,pickled cucumber,salad,sriracha sause,mustard,ketchup and grilled guacamole.

The guacamole: 1 avocado striped naked,and grilled.(6 min total)Lime juice,garlic salt and pepper.

Well thats it i guess.

Great idea! Looks very good too. I have a good friend who has been up in Ostersund for the past several weeks. I should tell him if he wants some real good eats before he comes back to the States, he should stop by the Wolgasts of Karlshamn
