Homemade Marinade and Top Sirloin

I concocted a marinade a while ago and wanted to try it on a top sirloin. It was excellent with the corn on the bone and a small baker it was a really tasty meal.
I’ve used this marinade on chicken and now steak and it’s been great on both, next up a chuck eyes.

Let it soak for 4-5 hours.

Done and going in to rest

While the steak rests the corn cooks
