Holding brisket

Good morning

I did an overnight brisket, and it came off at 7:30 this morning. I have people coming over at 4:00.
I have it wrapped in towels in a cooler, but if I hold it 4 hours, that takes me until 11:30.
What do I do between 11:30 and 4:00?
