Hip to Hanger Steaks

a local butcher shop supplied me today with hanger steak at $9.99 per pound, 4 bucks less than my last outlet.

the hanger steak is a wonderfully tender cut of beef, if you find it available in your area, buy it!

Jim...totally crushing it with the hangers! A man of impeccable taste.

To everyone who has not tried hanger steak: Do whatever you have to do to get your hands on some, or you'll be missing out on some big time flavor. I have to get it through special order at the local butcher shop, but it's worth it.
 
Great looking Hanger and sides!!! I never tried Hanger steak until I saw you make them. Really good but they do have a unique taste to them. Thanks for turning me on to these things!!
 
I always love looking at your cooks and seeing all the ways you prepare your vegetables. The steaks look great.
