Don't know what to think about the tall boy, but the Sopranos last supper hits the point . The steaks are spot on!
 
The only improvement I could suggest would have been to cut one of those bad boys open and show us the inside...nice work Mr. T!

I saw them on sale. You know how they do it down here at the liquor stores. 3 pack for $5.00 out the door. Or an old English for $1.00 out the door ....lol

I did take pics of it but they came out dark and some blurry. It was cooked to a med-rare. I found the pic

tony. howd I miss this post? I search the site for 't-bone' all the time. anyway, the steaks look excellent both before and after your mastery. plus, great way to start the evening I like the first pic.
