Hi there all,
new to the site. Have had my smoker for about a month now, have fixed several good things & got the idea's from this site. Can't wait to try more. Have grilled for yr. on the performer, so I know the basic's of smoking on a grill. Most carries over to the smoker. As a elk hunter would like to hear any ideas on smoking a elk roast.? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
