Hi Everyone,
I'm John from Waukesha Wisconsin. I had always grilled on Gas until about ayear ago when the office where I work decided to have a BBQ Contest. I had never smoked anything before that, so of course I ran out and bought a smoker without knowing what I was really getting into. Needless to say, I have been busy cookn’ nearly every weekend since.
Then, because last year was a new Smoker, this year I stepped over and got myself a nice 22.5 OTG. I was coming from gas, so learning the intricacies of Charcoal has been great fun, and I always figure out something new every time I fire up the grill. I have enjoyed reading all the posts here on TVWBB and I look forward to learning even more from you as I branch out and try smokin’ new things. For me, BBQ is a great hobby that I know my family enjoys.
