Hey all,

Just wanting to stop in and say hi to everyone. My 22" WSM is on its way to me, I think it should be here tomorrow actually. That should give me time for a test cook before this weekend's main event. I've been wanting to get a smoker for so long, and can't wait to start cooking on it.

Never sure what to post in these introduction posts, there isn't much to say. Just a husband, father and IT guy who dreams about BBQ.

Thanks for all the great information that is on this site! It is such an amazing place to gather tips, tricks, and learn from the experiences of others!
