Hi all, I have been browsing this site for quite a while now, and so much of my limited bbq technique has come from this site!

I find it really interesting comparing how things are done differently between the UK and the States.

After a year of practising I feel I am ready to start making a contribution to the site and look forward to speaking to you all over the next few days, weeks, months ,years!
