Welcome Shane! I started ordering SRF products this past year and have really enjoyed the wagyu beef and kurobuta pork. I smoked a wagyu brisket for my family on New Years Day and the quality was very impressive.

Thanks for the warm welcome all! I'll mostly be a lurker, popping in if a question comes up on our product that I can help with. You can always feel free to PM me directly with any questions or concerns as well.
