Hi everyone,

Just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I'm just a regular home cook who started learning how to smoke meats on my WSM 18.5" a couple years ago as a "edible hobby". I do enjoy charcoal and gas grilling as well, but low-and-slow BBQ is where I'm really trying to improve my technique. After lurking on these forums for quite some time, I see that there is a gold-mine of BBQ knowledge and experience among the members here, and I'm looking forward to learning new stuff. Anyway, enough babbling from me - time to go post pictures of my previous cooks in the Photo Gallery section.
