I've really enjoyed referring to this site when I'm using my WSM, but have never posted anything. I currently have a 18 WSM and also a Weber Go Anywhere grill. I use the grill several times a week and the smoker a few times a month. I had used the cheap cabinet smokers before that. Yikes, lots of work to make decent BBQ with those cabinets. I absolutely love both of my Webers and use them both year round.
