Have been using this site for the last 6 months after buying a 14'5 WSM. Have had pretty good success with the limited amount of usage but am looking forward to using it more. Came across the forum while looking for a pork belly recipe. With it being St Patrick's day I did a pork belly in whiskey which came out great!
