Hi All - From the fridge great white north!!

Just wanted to say Hi and that I just purchased the wsm 18.5, dont know how to use it, not even unpacked. I am looking forward to jumping into it though...
(not physically!). Anyway, I'm up here in the great white north Toronto area. I bought the wsm as most of the feedback I read was very positive and
I didn't want to mortgage my house to buy one of those green eggy things.

Anyway, look forward to becoming the talk of my neighborhood with my hopeful forthcoming new cooking skills.
