There's a teaser to start off with. Ill post more when I get back home to wifi. Been at work 40 miles away! Put brisky and porkies on at 5am. Left w cooker at 195. CEO just text me it was at 213. Perfect! One hour of work to go, then home to foil. More pics to follow...

I almost never use my performer without the ribolator. I don't know if it's really that good or i got caught up in the hype of the contraption and got comfortable with it, but I do know it works! Back to more pics!
