Herb Crusted Prime Rib on the Rotisserie

What did you rub the meat with prior to cooking? It looks very interesting.

I can't remember exactly what recipe I used for the rub, but it is something similar the below:

4 cloves garlic
8 fresh sage leaves
4 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
4 teaspoons olive oil
4 teaspoons salt, (I use kosher)
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper



I might have thrown in some rosemary as well to mine.
