Hey guys. Smokin' a turkey for X-mas & I'm having trouble getting up to 325. Runnin at about 268. It's chilly here, about 30. Any advice to bring up my temp. I did a full charcoal ring & 2 fully lit chimneys. Vents are wide open.
 
Try setting your lid slightly ajar, and watch your temps, close it back after reaching your goal.

I wish I read this about 6 hours ago. It was 16 out, and I was having the same troubles. I ended up starting another mini chimney and adding it to the mix. It worked, but next time I'm trying this.
