Help -- Reheating spare ribs

Last Sunday, I did two whole untrimmed racks of spare ribs for around six hours. It turned out that we could not eat them that night so I took them straight off the smoker, double-foiled them very well, and placed them in the bottom of a 32-degree refrigerator. Yesterday, I heated one of the packages in a 225 degree oven for a couple of hours and the meat was incredible. We only ate a small portion, though, and I returned the uneaten portion to the refrigerator just as I had done last Sunday. I know that the one rack that has not been reheated will be fine, but what about the one I reheated yesterday? Is there any problem with me reheating again today in time for the football games? Thanks in advance for your help. Charlie

Naw Charlie, your best bet is to send the remaining ribs to my home address as soon as possible!

Ok, yeah, you can just reheat em again the same way you did the other night. I'd think no more than an hour @ 225 would do it.
BTW, you ain't THEE Charlie Moore that caught for the Milwaukee Brewers in the 80's, are ya?

No, I am the Charlie Moore in Columbia, South Carolina that also does not have a show on ESPN. Thanks for your input. So, to make sure, you think the leftovers from the ribs I reheated yesterday are okay to reheat again today? Thanks.

Charlie

If your racks are cut in half, maybe put them in a gallon ziplock and reheat them in simmering water... Limits the temperature and no changes to the ribs.

FWIW whenever I reheat ribs in the oven I spray them down with a generous coating of apple juice and then brush on a little sauce. Wrap them up tight in foil and reheat in the oven.I think it helps keep them from drying out.
