Left a sealed (Foodsaver) bag o smoked pulled pork out on the counter to thaw, then forgot about it until the next morning. Ambient temp in the kitchen was 70 f. Do I have to toss it and go out and buy some ribs? Thanks in advance.

No one can say for certain whether or not it's safe because all the conditions are not known. Assuming it's pork that was already pulled, it is cooked but has been subject to "contamination" during the pulling process. If you pulled it hot, wore gloves, cooled it quickly and sealed it soon, there would be very little opportunity for contamination. Therefore, having it set out on the counter in a sealed bag is not going to create a bad situation. Further, it was not thawed right away (I wonder if the middle was even thawed overnight) so the meat wasn't 70 degrees all night.

It's a personal decision and I'm no Kevin, but I think you'd be at little risk to go ahead and eat the pulled pork. Having said that, you have to make a decision and it's always safer to throw it out. No one ever got sick by throwing it out (well sad sometimes = sick).

Me - I would eat it.

JOn, trash it. You can always make more. I wouldn't want the chance of anyone getting sick over something I could have prevented

Because it was cooked, at this point it has more potential for problems. If, as Jerry says, proper food safety protocols were strictly adhered to, it might well be fine, but Staph poisoning is really nasty. I'd pitch it.
