Help-in Middle of Cook-

Okay....In my haste to throw 4 butts on the smoker. I quickly made a rub and forgot (Helloooooo) the salt!!!
10 hours into the cook I realized this...took the butts off and re-rub them.

Question...Anyone make butts without salt and will that make them less flavorful and less moist. Please advise. THanks.
 
They'll taste like pork.

I would have left them alone, but then again, I do as little work as possible. Each person can always add some salt at the table.
 
Just add it to the sauce. Should work out. Got a butt going now myself. First one in a long time.

Whoops, let me clarify that. I mix all the sauce in with the pork after I finish pulling. I don't use it as a condiment.
