Help identifying Genesis barbed (not flare) fitting NG connection from manifold

I was given what I believe to be a Genesis 2000 (Model # 430000, Serial # L3 128117). I'm in the process of cleaning and some light restoration. The old hose was leaking so I removed the hose which was cinched with a copper band around the barbed fitting thinking it would be easy to replace, but I have searched Weber parts and so far haven't found a match to the fitting. Is it possibly a DIY modification? In any case, I would greatly appreciate any information and advice about moving forward to attaching a 20 lb propane tank and doing some grilling! Thank you very much.

That barbed fitting can be removed from the manifold. Just unscrew it. I think it is a 7/16". Then, buy a new hose and regulator with a 1/8" NPT fitting on the end which would be identical to what was on there to start. THen just install that one. Otherwise, you could buy a 1/8" NPT to 3/8" flare fitting to the manifold and then install a standard hose and regulator.

1/8" NPT x 3/8" Flare: https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000BPK76G/tvwb-20

and

regular 3/8" flare hose and regulator: https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B078K8DSXC/tvwb-20
