Help I have a new addiction!

Hi my name is Dennis and I have an addiction, an addiction to smoking meats! I want to thank this forum and website for the wealth of knowledge to lead me through this new and exciting chapter in my life!

So far on my second run on my WSM. Did ribs first and was really pleased with the results. As I am writing this I am enjoying the outdoors, drinking a beer and smells the sweet goodness coming out of the smoker!
