Not one of my personal favorites. I like to plate ribs better than the back ribs. But if you got enough meat and you cook them right they can be very tasty

Costco had a brisket over 23 pounds. I was tempted.
Good Beef ribs are really easy, but finding good ones is tough.

My first brisket, smoked just last week, came from Costco. It was good, but my temps were too high and it cooked fast. Nothing sauce couldn’t fix. But there was nothing wrong with the Costco brisket.
