HELP! anybody out there?


 
Wow! When I started this post I certainly didn’t expect this kind of response. But really I’m enjoying it and all the pictures and ideas. Jim those pictures are outstanding and gives me some great ideas for my next adventure with brats. Although I haven’t tried the beer route yet they would have to be really good to get me to switch from direct grilling, I like the crunch the direct method gives them.
 
Am I the only one that does them in a bath of sauerkraut and beer, then grill direct? It's delicious on a nice roll with mustard.
