New guy from Arkansas here.... Had the 18.5" for a few months now. Followed all the cooks from the book "low and slow". Everything turned out great. Have since ventured out and done a few more cooks to my liking including a 12# packer brisket that turned out great. Just got a thermapen for Christmas and also ordered a digiq DX2 that will be here this week.
