Well I can't believe that I am making an official post. Been reading posts and picking up info from the VWB site now for months. What a wonderful site! Thank you Chris and all others that contributed. Finally pulled the trigger today. I am the proud new owner of a 22.5 WSM and very anxious to get smoking on that beast. I have been learning the ropes with my Weber Performer using a Smokenator for the last year or so. Now I'm hooked!!!!!!!! Really looking forward to learning from you all. Can't wait to share my new found addiction and love with similar minded folks (my wife just does't get it).
