Hello smokers, charcoal BBQ enthusiast, and gas grill aficionados.

Do I have a problem, I have 5 BBQ's and now a beautiful 22.5' Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker.
Only one tailgater isn't a Weber...shhhhhhh

So I bought the 22.5" Smokey Mountain Smoker, did a burn off, then I did 3 chicken thighs and bacon controlled heat smokes to season and seal the smoker, double wrapped the water pan in foil and did not use water for these smokes.

The next weekend i cooked 2 racks of baby back ribs using the 3-1.5-1 method and they turned out awesome.

Ok im a newb and want to know how to post a picture of my finished product on this board.

Photobucket?

Thanks Mike

So these are my first smoked ribs, what do you think.

Spices/rubs used, The spice to the very right is for the cook and it is almost empty, time to pop a new one.

I know ribs the simplest thing on the smoker, but you have to start somewhere.

You will love it here. No worries with what you start with here. As long as it tastes good to you, that's all that matters. Welcome!

Thanks for the Hearty welcome everybody, I like the sense of humor on this forum so I should fit in,
