Been a long time lurker, so I'm not exactly "new" to the site. I have a couple of 18.5" WSM's, and a few other Weber kettles. Going to be doing my first ever comp in July (local non sanctioned deal on the base here) so I figured I'd register in case I had some questions I couldn't search out the answers for.
