I have always loved to grill and am somewhat new to the smoking scene. I currently have a Weber Smokey Joe, 22.5 Weber Kettle classic, and a 22.5 Weber Performer Deluxe (Crimson color), which I love them all. I have used other type smokers in the past, but have always wanted a WSM for several years now. Recently I gifted myself a WSM 22.5 for Father's Day. I have already bought and installed the CB SS door, probe outlets, and coal ring. I am waiting for my hinge and gasket kit to come in before I break in my WSM. I wanna thank all the other members of this site for all the info shared. Will post pics when I have completed all the mods I wanna make.
