Hello from Utah

Been lurking here for awhile, figured it was time to join and participate.

I’ve had a Weber kettle of some type for the last 30 years. After moving into a new house I got myself a housewarming gift and added a WSM 18 to the outdoor cooking area. It’s been a lot of fun so far and I’m pretty sure I have a new hobby now

Glad to be headed into warmer weather. The smoker worked well in freezing temps, but it wasn’t as easy as warmer weather cooks.


recent dinner - I’m not very accomplished at this yet, but I’m enjoy the process.
