The name is Charles. I've been lurking around since at least Nov 2013 when I bought my 18.5" WSM. I've found some valuable information and I've tried a few things that I've picked up here to varying degrees of success, but I would like to go deeper. In the next two years I want to enter some local comps, maybe sooner. Thanks for having me.
